Lexington, KY – A local food business start-up, Lexington Pasta (www.lexingtonpasta.com) is slowly but surely redefining great pasta in the central Kentucky region. While current distribution is small and highly targeted, the founders have ambitious growth plans for their brand and its growing line of freshly made pasta products. Currently, they are distributing through both wholesale and retail channels, and the company plans to have a presence at the Lexington Farmer’s Market in 2010.
